Oval Cast Iron Casserole 6 Litres

Normandy brand enamelled cast iron casserole which is available in  red with a black interior.  The casserole has a capacity of 6 litres and measures 32cm in length. This makes it ideal for family , dinner party or batch cooking. You can use it on the hob as well as in the oven.  You can boil, simmer and stew with it.  The handles and the knob on the lid are all made of enamelled cast iron.  You  will find that gradually, over time the cast iron will develop its own non stick surface.  It is easy to clean using a washing up brush and washing up liquid. You would usually expect to pay far more for a casserole of this quality.

Ideal for serving also, you will find that food stays hot for longer in a cast iron casserole.
