Cast iron skillet. 20cm round in Paprika Orange.

This heavy duty cast iron pan is enamelled in orange.  The brand is "Normandy". The skillet has a 16cm long handle which is also made in enamelled cast iron. You can use this skillet in the oven as well as on the hob.

Cast iron is a wonderful conductor of heat so you can turn the heat source down or off and it will retain heat.  It will gradually build its own non stick surface.

It is easy to clean using washing up liquid and a brush.  We recommend hand washing for this item.
