Meat Thermometer

Meat thermometer with probe to stick in the meat.

Stick the probe into the thickest point of the meat or, in the case of poultry, under the wing in towards the breast the dial will give the correct temperature for Poutry, lamb, beef, veal, ham and indicate well done , medium or rare.

It has a nice big clear dial and is simple to use. Make sure you can see it easily either through the oven door or when you open the oven door. 

As soon as it has reached the required temperature that's it!  Your meat is done! It is done the way you like it best.
