Enamelled Cast Iron Square Skillet

This cast iron skillet is ribbed.  This gives that "just seared" look which chef's use and it also helps keep food free from fat so enhances healthy eating. The skillet can be used as a frying pan or a grill pan .  The handle is also cast iron. It is heavy.  Cast iron is a good heat conductor so that food cooks evenly and the pan retains its heat.   You just hand wash it and will find that all you need is a washing up brush and washing up liquid. Initially any difficult to remove particles of food can be removed by soaking. Over time the cast iron interior will develop its own natural non stick surface.
