Egg pricker by Kitchen Craft. This prevents eggs from cracking when you boil them. There is a safety lock on the top. When you want to boil an egg you release the lock and press the egg on the grey part of the egg pricker gadget. A tiny hole is punched in the egg to release the pressure as the egg cooks and so stop the egg from cracking.
