Creme Brulee Gift Set. 

This set  consists of a professional cook's blow torch and four  individual ramekins and operating instructions. The blow torch has a metal body. and has piezo electronic ignition gas burner. There are four pot ramekins.

The cooking torch can also be used for baked Alaska, fruit tarts, melting cheese on casseroles and lasagne, blackening tomatoes, peppers and onions. On the back of the box is a creme brulee recipe.

Please note that the blowtorch is supplied empty and the butane gas is not included.
