.We have a range of heavy-duty enamelled cast iron casseroles and skillets, griddles and frying pans.  We can vouch for their usefulness.  You can prepare a whole meal in one pot.  You can use the casserole to brown and fry on tiop of the stove and then to cook in the oven and finally you can use it to serve the meal. Cast iron retains the heat as well so your food will stay hot for longer.
