This carving knife has a high quality carbonated stainless steel blade which is full tang. It goes right into the full length of the handle and is held in place by three stainless steel rivetts.The length of the blade is 20 cm.
The knife is incredibly sharp so that it will carve your meat easily and cleanly.
The handle is easy to clean and will not harbour germs. It is made of polypropylene and has built in antimicrobial protection inhibiting odour and stain casing bacteria, mold and mildew.
