Cast iron skillet. 25cm round in blue. This heavy duty cast iron pan is enamelled in blue. The brand is "Normandy". The skillet has a handle which is also made in enamelled cast iron. Cast iron is a wonderful conductor of heat so you can turn the heat source down or off and it will retain heat. It will gradually build its own non stick surface.
